The brief
A Murooj Al Furjan villa needed stronger hosting spaces and a more deliberate indoor-outdoor connection. The brief was polished, sociable, and still livable.

A Murooj Al Furjan villa needed stronger hosting spaces and a more deliberate indoor-outdoor connection. The brief was polished, sociable, and still livable.
We used darker walnut, champagne metal, and smoked amber details to give the villa a hospitality edge, then kept the planning family-friendly.
Honed marble, dark walnut, ribbed glass, bronze trims, espresso leather, velvet accents, linen curtains, dense wool rugs, and smoked glass lighting.
The design moves easily from family evenings to hosting: grounded living rooms, a proper dining moment, and a terrace lounge that ties back to the interior.
Hosting-forward villa design with darker joinery and a terrace-to-living rhythm.
Polished, warm, and slightly cinematic in the evening light.
Living, dining, and terrace rooms share materials so guests feel one continuous hospitality sequence.
The villa stock is green and garden-led, making terrace continuity and family hosting central to the design.
