The design
We don't hand you a mood board and ask you to imagine. We show you real, rendered versions of your actual rooms, with real furniture at your budget. We change the sofa, swap the palette, move the light, until you see the one. This is where our tools save you months and the expensive mistakes that usually happen on the way to getting it right.

The build
Once you love the design, we source every piece and manage the whole project. Suppliers, contractors, deliveries, installation, all handled by one team, on one plan.

Let me be clear about how we use AI, because most people get it wrong. AI will not design your home. A designer will. What AI does is kill the guesswork. It lets us test six versions of a room before lunch, refine the one you love, and skip the tens of thousands of dirhams of trial-and-error that used to be normal in this industry. We were the first studio in Dubai to build our own tool for it. We use it to make good design faster and more affordable, never to replace the eye that makes it good. Taste doesn’t come from a machine. It never will.

What does interior design actually cost in Dubai?
For a full home, our work runs from AED 300,000 for a townhouse and AED 450,000 for a villa, including design, furnishing, and managing the build. If you only want a direction to follow yourself, the Complimentary Consult is free, and our app, Ritzy Studio, designs a single room from AED 499. We publish these because you deserve to know where you stand before you ever call.
How long does a project take?
Most full homes take [FILL: e.g. 10 to 16 weeks] from approved design to the day you walk in. You get the exact completion date in writing before any work begins, and we hold to it.
What happens if the budget grows or the date slips?
It doesn't, and that is the whole point of the Ritzy Promise. One price and one finish date, agreed in writing before we start, and both held. The drift that ruins most home projects is the thing we removed.
Do you work in my community?
Very likely. We design across Dubai's villa and townhouse communities, including Tilal Al Ghaf, Arabian Ranches 3, Dubai Hills, Town Square and Mudon. Tell us your community at the consult and we'll show you homes we've done near you.

Do I need to be in Dubai while you work on my home?
No. We manage the whole project, sourcing, contractors, deliveries and installation, so you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. Plenty of our clients travel through the build and walk into a finished home.
Does AI actually design my home?
No. Bolaji and the team design your home, with the same eye we've always used. AI just lets us show you real versions of your rooms in an afternoon instead of asking you to imagine them, which saves you months and the expensive mistakes that used to be normal. The taste is human. The speed is new.
Do you handle the build, or only the design?
Both. We design every room, source every piece, and manage the build to the finish. One team, one plan, one home that feels considered down to the last detail.
