The brief
This Arabian Ranches 3 townhouse needed family durability without losing polish. The plan is compact, so every piece had to earn its place.

We made the living-dining area feel richer through walnut joinery, saddle leather notes, and storage built into the composition rather than added afterward.
Warm oak and walnut, limestone-look floors, dark bronze hardware, woven texture, linen-blend upholstery, and low-contrast patterned rugs keep the home grounded.
The scheme reads as tailored and considered: a family townhouse with real storage, garden light, and enough warmth to avoid the usual developer-neutral flatness.
Earthy family luxury scaled to a modern Emaar townhouse.
Warm, practical, and quietly club-like, with a softened regional edge.
The media wall and study nook carry storage, display, and daily use without crowding circulation.
The community is contemporary and family-led, so the design balances park-adjacent ease with controlled richness.
